How we handle complaints
Every complaint is reviewed by our Superintendent Pharmacist, Adeel Ahmed (GPhC 2233021). We will acknowledge your complaint, look into it, and let you know the outcome and any action we have taken.
If you are unhappy with our response
If you are not satisfied with how we have dealt with your complaint, you can raise a concern with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC), the regulator for pharmacies in Great Britain: pharmacyregulation.org/patients-and-public/reporting-concerns.
